Frozen Confectionery

Japan has a range of frozen confectionery that does not contain dairy products and which appears to be vegan (although some products contain ‘flavouring’ which may be animal derived). Below are some examples.

Ingredients: High fructose corn syrup, sugar, pear juice, apple juice, starch syrup, liqueur, salt, flavouring, stabilising agent (pectin), acidity regulator, caramel colour.
